WebFrom what I hear, it really varies by location. Corporate rules are no barbells, no racks, no dumbbells over 80lbs, no deadlifting, and in some, no overhead pressing. However, some older ones that had equipment before bans went into effect were allowed to keep them, and some managers don't care about banned exercises. WebI am looking for ways to recomp my body and build muscle but have trouble getting access to the barbell, ez bar and even dumbbells at my planet fitness at any hour!
