I have tried the following: 1) Re-created the integration from scratch 2) Set it to add a new note, rather than activity I've noted the following: 1) Contact creation is working 2) Number lookup is working WebJan 7, 2024 · The integration works as follows: 1) When you receive the call, the caller's number is searched in ConnectWise, and added to 3CX Contacts. 2) When the call ends, the caller's number is searched in 3CX Contacts, in order to get the Contact ID, and log the call for it. If the contact can't be found, the call will not be logged.
