You end up with half the grooves of the trigger pin interfering with the slide stop. The biggest problem IMO is that the G42/G43 slide stop is not held in the frame the same way as the rest of the Glocks.

All internal parts are new and OEM Glock. It loads the first round fine and then it will not feed due to the firing pin sticking out. See picture how the round gets stuck on the firing pin.
