To get initiated, improvisers frequently take a recommendation from the viewer or draw on another source of motivation. WitrynaFor this study, patients engage in a series of psychotherapeutic improv sessions. After the sessions, the patients rate their symptoms of depression and anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism and ability to relate to others socially. The second thread looks at improv as a cognitive activity.
